Mobile

The catalogue, on the phone it gets captured with.

Most references are found on a phone, and the desk is where they get organised. AgentUX started with a Shortcut to close that gap and now has a native app doing it: a share target that lands a screenshot in the same catalogue the web app reads, with no separate mobile library to reconcile.

Navigation

The bar gets out of the way.

Four tabs while you are choosing where to go, and a single puck once you are reading. The catalogue is screenshots, so the screen is the product: anything permanently parked at the bottom of it is spending the most valuable space on a control you have already used.

Interaction
Catalogue, Videos, Links, Search sit in a floating bar that collapses to its active icon as a reference opens, then comes back when it is needed. V1, so the label is honest about it.

The capture path

A share sheet, not a second app to keep in sync.

The app is a native share target. A screenshot or a link goes through the iOS share sheet and lands in the catalogue, routed the same way the Telegram bot routes a forwarded message. There is one library, and the phone writes into it rather than keeping its own.

  1. ShareFrom any app, into AgentUX.
  2. RouteThrough shortcut-upload, the same routing as the bot.
  3. LandIn the shared catalogue, ready to label at a desk.

The decision

It replaced a Shortcut, and the Shortcut still works.

Before the app, mobile capture was an iOS Shortcut. Shipping a native app is the moment it would be easy to switch the old path off, and that would break every Shortcut already installed on someone's phone for a change they did not ask for.

Share-sheet capture. The endpoint stays live for shortcuts already in use; the native app replaced its setup screen.Capture paths, /agentux/architecture
